Larastan doesn't see renameColumn(): add a @property after renaming

Larastan reads your migrations to know a model's columns, but it does not follow $table->renameColumn('old', 'new'). After a rename, $model->new is reported as an undefined property even though it works at runtime.

Add the property to the model's docblock:

/**
 * @property string|null $excerpt
 */
class Hit extends Model

If you later drop the column, remove the line again, or the analyser will happily accept a property that no longer exists.
