Http::pool: one string with invalid UTF-8 kills the whole pool

When you send JSON bodies through Http::pool(), the body is encoded while the requests are built. If any one payload contains an invalid UTF-8 byte (common in scraped text, RSS feeds and transcripts), the JSON encoding throws InvalidArgumentException before any request is sent. It doesn't come back as a failed response for that request, so code that only inspects responses never sees it. In a queue worker or long-running command, the process exits, restarts, picks up the same item and crashes again.

Two fixes, and it's worth doing both:

// 1. Scrub text before it goes into a payload
$text = mb_convert_encoding($text, 'UTF-8', 'UTF-8');

// 2. Make sure a throw costs one batch, not the process
try {
    $responses = Http::pool(fn (Pool $pool) => /* ... */);
} catch (\Throwable $e) {
    report($e);
    // mark this batch as failed and move on
}

The mb_convert_encoding call with the same source and target encoding replaces invalid sequences with ?.
